Managing Director

The position is being held by Mr Albert Adu Boahen. Before his appointment as MD of MMT, Albert held the position as the Head of Procurement at the Food and Drugs Authority (FDA). While at FDA, he also worked as an Assistant Regulatory Officer. Mr. Adu Boahen holds an MBA in Supply Chain Management from the Ghana Institute of Management and Pubic Administration (GIMPA), a Diploma in Procurement and Material Management from GIMPA and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Planning from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology. He is a member of Ghana National Association of Planners, Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply, United Kingdom and Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply, Ghana. He is firm and proactive in his managerial functions and very determined to lead a strong Management Team to improve MMT’s operations.

This position is occupied by Richard Osei Bamfo effective 1st February, 2019. He holds a Masters in Public Administration from Columbia University, New York and Bsc. Accounting from Central Connecticut State University, Connecticut. Nana Osei Bamfo as he prefers to be called has got a remarkable experience in the field of Accounting, Administration and General Operations in military. He worked as a short – term Consultant at the UNDP, NY and United Technologies Corporation headquarters, Connecticut. He was the Technical Consultant to the Ministry of Railway Development (Ghana). He is also a Managing Partner at GRIS Consult Ltd. (Kumasi-Ghana). His knowledge and the opportunity given him in line of his duty allowed him to make extensive travels to Asia, Africa, Middle East, Europe, United States and Canada. His rich experience has awarded him numerous awards but to mention a few;
● CSCPA outstanding Community College Accounting Student Award.

● Army Achievement Medal, Army Good Conduct Medal.

Deputy Managing Director

Finance & Administration

The occupant of this position is Mr. Sampa Samson Mohammed. Mr. Sampah obtained his Teachers’ Certificate “A” education at St John Bosco’s College of Education in 1994. He further obtained Diploma Certificates at Kumasi Polytechnic and the University of Cape Coast in 1997 and 2010 respectively. In 2016, he obtained a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) degree from the University of Cape Coast. He is a Part II student of the Institute of Chartered Accountants (ICA). Mr. Sampa began his professional carrier as a Teacher at Nasiria E/A Primary School, Walewale from 1994 to 1995. He later moved to Northern School of Business, Tamale, as a Teacher from 1997 to 2000. In 2003, he was appointed as Audit Assistant at Sappor & Agyekwana Chartered Accountants. In 2005, he moved to Positive Steps Partnership as Administrative/Finance officer and in 2007 moved to Presby Agric Services/(CCFC) partnership, Tamale till March 2017 when was appointed as the Deputy Managing Director (F&A) in MMTL. Mr. Sampah is very strict and will ensure effective implementation of corporate policies and procedures for effective financial administration.
